| Post subject: | On apologizing and winning her back |
Hey fellow artists. Unfortunately I messed up on a first date four days ago. I thought it had gone well, when the next day I get bombarded randomly by really angered texts from her. In short, lots of expletives. During the date, I had inadvertently brought up the question of ex-bfs and previous relationships, big mistake. Turns out from her perspective She took it as a question of me asking how many guys she's slept with, big no no. Not only that, my behaviour appeared controlling rather than flirtatious. I had no idea, at all, that she took it such a negative manner. I apologized through text but to no avail. I still do want to pursue this girl, and I am sincerely sorry for my actions. But for one, I know I do not want to appear needy or desperate. We are both in our early 20's attending college and although we don't have the same classes we occasionaly bump into each other (which is how I met her). We were getting along very well for over a month and I was pouring over the pua research from mystery to David deangelo and it seemed to work. Till that night. Two days later I bump into her at school as I was entering the elevator and she was exiting. She waved hello to me as if nothing had happened. Completely confused and a bit shocked I just nodded hello back. So what do I do? So far I know I should give her space. I have not texted her since the incident or contacted her in any way. Should I give it another week and then when I see her at school talk to her? What do I say? Should I casually act as if nothing happened and then midway apologize? |

Personally I wouldn't apologise at all, just something that happened in the heat of the moment, learn from it and move on. I think maybe you're making a bigger deal out of it than necessary? |

Possibly, but I still do want to pursue her.

You can pursue her, but why apologise? Do you see it helping you, or would it just bring attention back to the issue you never should have mentioned? Obviously you know your situation better but it sounds to me like you'd just be reopening a bad subject? |

Ah very good point. So basically give her space; approach her when ready but 'move on' and let the past be the past.

Actually my friend made a good point. She probably acted 'normal' when I saw her so as to not make it awkward. Therefore she still could be mad. Hmm. |

GOD DAM MAN!!!!!!! In all seriousness, yeah you might have fucked up. However I know the situation. Chances are, SHE GOT OVER IT! YOU ARE ONLY OVERTHINKING NOW AND SHE IS IN YOUR HEAD! I had the same problem, where a girl flipped out because I didn't try to hit on her. It then got in my head and fucked my game for a few weeks. The truth is, fuck what your friend said. The best way to get this girl over it is by NOT BRING IT UP EVER AGAIN, and making her smile and laugh. If your friend is a wise guy then let him go and get the girl for you, chances are he is wrong BECAUSE HE IS NOT THE GIRL. |

Exactly this. Stop thinking and start playing! Deep down you know this is AFC behavior, stop it at once |
