I have a date this Saturday. I just spent some time texting the girl I'm going with. I had a big fear that she might not want me because of our age difference. When we exchanged ages, guess what. My body was overflowed with fear. And you know what? That's okay. Our emotions don't cause us to "fuck up." And we never fuck up anyway, some girls like us some don't.

If you're afraid of a girl not liking you, you're fine. It's fucking human.

He must learn to overcome his fear. She is just a girl, she will not bite you, stab you, burn you alive. If she doesn't like you, she will not even run over you with her car. She will ignore you, and thats ok. Have no fear. Our fear limits our actions. By having no fear, we can accomplish things we think is impossible. Once we overcome our fear, its virtually possible to conquer anything. So, just go have your date, don't think of it as a date. Think of as a way to socialize with your girl. By the way, whats the age difference. What are your ages?

I mean fear as in the crippling fear. You can have fear where it stops you from acting, and then the fear where you accept it, and then do it anyway. I'm 18, she's 15.

The age is never a problem and shouldn't be a problem because it's how you two feel not the age difference between the two of you! I do understand why you got scared that she might reject because of you age but in your situation you shouldn't be afraid because she had already agreed to a date, and if she wanted to reject you then she would have done by now Good luck in your date
