Hi, So I have this issue where certain things just make me jump or shock me and it looked stupid and wimpy. For example, I was walking through a quiet car park and someone honked their horn and I jumped out of my skin. Embarrassing. Another time is if somebody playfully pretends to throw something at me and I flinch and overall look like a big pussy. How does one fix this? Inner confidence is good, outer i getting there. I'm actually quite skinny and weak and I assume this has got something to do with it. Feeling like I can't defend myself or some other psychological crap. I know there have been other threads on this but I couldn't find them in the search. |
