Post subject:  Older guys? Freeze out? Wtf happened?
I thought the pickup was going well until I told her my age. I'm pretty sure we're no more than 1 year apart because I used to see her all the time at my high school. After that, her response to almost everything was that she liked older guys. I negged her on it, and kept with my C&F but still no cigar.

I suggested a date, and she resisted pretty heavily.

I asked her if she was afraid she'd fall for me.

She said that she was pretty sure that she wouldn't.

I said that she wouldn't say that of she actually knew me.

She said that she was pretty sure of her decision.

I sent her: "Your choice."

That was the end. All of this went throught text.

Wtf is going on/should I do?

Another poor reply from you!!!!! Here you were trying to tell her that it's her loss but in reality it was actually yours because you're the one who kept messaging her with all these poor comments. you lost this one for good, and that's mainly from the comment you said about her falling for you and being her choice! OF COURSE its her choice and she knows that! She doesn't want you to tell her that!

You coulda played it cooler from the start, and that meant going on no contact when she'd started acting weird in the first place. You learn from mistakes and it's all cool, just have to move on to the next chick now dude

Rather than find fault in your approach, expend your energies on a woman who is open to your advances. Not every woman will be receptive to you, for whatever reason; it's hardly worth analyzing.

Contrary to what some of the dorks on this board will tell you, you can't game every girl who comes along, typically only those who at least have some semblance of interest in you.

Will do. Your link was insightful. I"m still a bit confused, though. How in the world could I totally not give a fuck at all? Clearly, I want something from her, and every woman is not the same, so I'm definitely missing out when I don't get want I want from her.

This makes sense. Don't you have to assume attraction eventually, though? She was flirting back with me for hours.
