today this girl said her birthday is in April so I said "my birthday is also in April. You know, I have always felt a strong connection with you, maybe that's why" and she said "oh my god" not in an excited tone (not OH MY GOD!!) in a tone that says "oh my god, how lame was this statement" I am sure you have run into those "oh my gods" before. how can you recover from these times when a girl thinks what you just said is really lame? |

Don't feel the need to say something meaningful at all times, and the amount of lame jokes will reduce. I'm full of them...that's my humour, but i'm literally the only one in my circle!! I for one use lame jokes all the time. Not because I'm lame. Not because I'm nervous and it just happens. But because I'm freaking amused by it. And guess what, the girls laugh at my lame jokes all the time. They are so lame they become funny. I remember a girl telling me the other day that she was freezing. So I told her "you're freezing? Well, go stand in the corner of the room. It's 90 degrees there." You get the hint. That was the lamest shit ever. But it's delivered in such way that it becomes funny. Anyways, the key point I had is in the very first sentence of this reply. Read it and re-read it. |

I like what Panda and Slip n Slide said. I make lame or sexual jokes often and get responses like "I can't believe you just said that" sometimes. I just reply with stuff like - "Yeah, I'm a pervert" or "I'm just hopeless" and laugh. Don't take yourself so seriously. I am what I am, you are what you are - accept yourself, trust yourself and women will like that. By the way, if the girl actually said "Oh my god" in a nasty tone just because you made a lame joke, she sounds very rude. Unless you delivered the line in a really creepy way, there was no call for that. Do you want to hang out with women like that? |

One lame joke im constantly saying is when a girl says im (insert feeling here) - i'll reply hi (feeling), im Jay - nice to meet you (in a sarky tone). The im freezing reminded me of this  . Another i constantly use is when someone says are you allrite? my reply is no im part left and a bit in the middle too - the bit in the middle is really important!!! (like your telling somone a secret).As previouly stated - make it funny by making it soo unfunny (if that didn't not make sence |
