Are IOIs legit? And what do they indicate?

Post subject:  Are IOIs legit? And what do they indicate?
So its been proven that 90% of communication isn't verbal, but rather non-verbal, i.e. body language or IOIs.

I just want to know what you guys think about IOIs; if they are legit and if they actually mean something.

If a girl hair preens consistently, what does that mean?

What if she holds eye contact with you, often?

What if she comes closer to you, i.e. sitting closer?

What if they are playing with a cylindrical object and are nervous?


Do IOIs indicate she wants sex or friendship, attraction, "interest"? If interest, what is interest?

Consider the setting a workplace, school, transit etc. I.e. not a club/party etc.

Of course they mean something. Otherwise how would a female signal you that she is interested in you? They are significantly important.
I suggest you to read body language thread in natural game forum - plenty of information on preening and other stuff you mention.

thing is this girl showed consistent and excessive IOIs to me.

I didnt talk to her for a while but I waited for her at a building and she had no idea I would be there...she later said i was creeping her out LOL.

If she thinks im a creep, why show CONSISTENT IOIs???

Ok, when you going into a set, stop constantly watching for IOIs. What you want to watch is negative sign, unless she is showing an IODs. She is 100% into you.
Why? Because, everyone is diff, girls can just have a very flirty personality or just an very cold person. That why you dont do like Mystery Method "After 3 IOIs, you go for qualification like what do you have beside your looks."

If you still want to count IOIs for qualification, you stop her, she turn to you that 1, she look at you, that 2, she keep listening about what you are saying, that 3. Go qualify.

Sounds like you're over-thinking this a bit to me Gochi. Looking for the specific meaning of hair touching VS eye contact etc is not a good way to think about interacting with women.

If you're constantly in the mental process of 'she touched her hair, but looked away, what does it MEAN' then you will be so in your own mind that your verbal game will surely suffer.

IOIs = indicator of interest = a sign she is into you.

They are legit but really a tiny part of a much larger picture. It sounds like you may be focusing a little much on this one aspect of the game in particular?

ioi's indicate you should escalate and give you assistance in being less of a pussy with a good ''educated guess'' that she will respond well to your escalation

if she does or does not, it really doesn't matter, you should just always go for what you want, because you just might get it,

but no matter what, compliance is a much better measuring device for how much a girl likes you, one girl might preen like crazy and blatently verbally hit on you, but only do so for attention and have no intention of sleeping with you,

while another girl might deal with her sexual anxieties by verbally putting you down because she is nervous about being around you and doesn't know how to react, and really wants to sleep with you

in any case, escalate and test what she will let you get away with, it will tell you way more then ioi's

but if you see all these non verbal ioi's from before you speak with her, it is an indication she finds you physically attractive, and you should treat it as an approach invitation and try to escalate things with her and ask her out to find out if she is available for you and interested

FML....this chick is driving me nuts.

What do you think about this IOI....

I was talking to her - we were standing up and she was exposing her hips a bit with her legs opened up a bit and gazing at me while we were talking....as soon as I noticed this I kinda choked and looked away....

this girl does like me i know this for a fact, so what is she trying to test? she already knows i'm a bit shy.

She's testing whether her interest in you is justified. Girls want a strong man. By calling you a creep she's testing if you bend to her will (which is acting 'normal'). Be unreactive when she calls you a creep/weird and she'll drop the act.

Depends on how she delivers it. As she may not be testing you but actually calling you a creep.
