Hello all,

I've been puaing hard and have a hb9 girlfriend now. I have laid down the rules you be a bitch and you won't get my attention you be good and you can have it. I understand reingforcing the good but not so much the bad... Basicaly I just ignore her or call her on her crap in a cool way.

Does anyone know where I can get more info on frame control and in particular rewarding and punishing good / bad behaviour in relationships and stuff ??

Frame control concept is a bunch of bullshit. Just be confidant, don't supplicate or placate, but also don't ride roughshod over her. You want to empower her, not disempower. Frame control is basically used by a bunch of guys who dont get laid because they come off as misogynist always trying to 'steal' the conversation thinking that it'll make them come off as more attractive. It's funny how women see right through this stuff yet so many guys still try to be control freaks.

Good point asesino! Once you are in a relationship, just don't change the way you were when you got into it in the first place. By all means change for the better, just don't start thinking that you can slack off and let the girl get her way all the time.

you should read up on what frame control is before making posts about it, it is controlling the meaning behind the interaction and has nothing to do with being domineering, but rather dominant, it is mostly about who is more certain of their intentions and who has more emotional control

you just have to think of what you want from who you are talking to, then express your intentions, and do so with a strong belief in yourself and what you believe in, do it with certainty,

to simplify, if you want to be a girls friend then act like a friend, and that frame around your relationship will form,

if you want to be a boyfriend, act like a boyfriend, and that frame will form,

if you want to just have sex with no strings, act that way, and the frame will form,

if she has an interest in you she will be lead into your frame, and you can control yourself and hold that frame, people tend to admire other people that have stronger frames then their own, and often follow into the other persons frame, the person who his stronger emotionally and more certain of themselves will have the strongest frame

Evening Sir,

I was going to post a couple of youtube videos but apparently can't until I have 5 posts.

I think when it comes to bad behavior in relationships it's so essential to keep being non-reactive in mind. Don't get drawn into your girlfriends tantrums or rows, maintain the alpha male frame during the interaction.

Any specific situations you've had or envision having problems with? I was heavily into PUA a couple of years back before having a LTR and recently returning to PUA so can answer this from both perspectives.

Good luck bro, LTRs are a trip!

Pump is right, frame control is super important.

PUA wise Swinggcatt has what I consider the best material on frames and framing.

Frame Games" by Hall is good but not PUA specific.

Common Sense.

But perhaps for some, yourself include, it's not so common.
