She was into me, but I wasn't into her (too unsure of my feelings, too insecure, typical freshman year of college AFC sh*t). Friend-zoned her by basically never initiating texts or making plans to hang out, and we went our separate ways. Haven't contacted her at all since then.

Two years later, I want to game her.

I want to make my intentions clear through text and let her know that I actually DO want to hang out with her.

I figure I would start out with a little neg text like "Hey stranger, come hang out with your old buddy!", then make plans for her to come over based on her response.

Do I play this any differently than meeting a new HB? If she gives me sh*t for not wanting to talk to her until NOW, do I just persist and keep it flirty and sexual?

Plus,no need to re open her via text with something neggish.Just keep it basic.Remember,you played her or rejected her 2 years earlier,so she might be somewhat devalued.So you shouldn't approach this as though you got it in the bag because you'd LJBF'd her.

I think its better, if you re initiate through some kind of nice plan about what actually to do. Kind of challenge her with something, make it interesting and worthwile. Try to really trigger her, and make your proposal the best one she had in weeks.

Like "hey let's go ride that new roller coaster they opened on the beach this weekend, we will be one of the first" . Doesn't matter if you lie or not. Just make it exciting.

Then anything can be possible, but be weary, that you will have to fight the image she has of you of 2 years ago.

wait for signals like:"wow you really changed, or wow, you really experienced metal growth blabla".

Seems like you're coming from a scarcity mindset. Why do you not have enough girls in your life at college? Are you not cold approaching enough?

I'm glad I'm still a senior. I messed up initially in high school but I'm doing college right.

No, you don't have to do anything differently. If you rejected a girl previously, it only tells her that you're either pre-selected and have other options, or it further reduces the chances of giving off a desperate vibe in the future. You are only at a disadvantage if her previous impression of you was betatized.

Any inclination to act differently because you rejected her before would only hold you back, i e; you would instinctively put YOURSELF in a supplicating/qualifying mentality because YOU THINK you're walking on egg shells for rejecting her before. It's a conditioned response and trust me, once you've fucked enough girls from your past, it gets numbed.

Women are wholly interchangeable. I don't mean this in a way to devalue their integrity, just that once you have enough experience with them you start to realize their behavior is entirely predictable and they all have the same buttons; albeit tailored to their tastes. HB-8 you meet right now is no different from HB-9 you dumped 3 years ago is no different from HB-10 you were childhood friends with is no different from HB7 you've been friends with for 6 months is no different from HB 6.5 you rejected 2 years ago. Your approach might have to be shifted to game them appropriately, and many times may not even be worth the effort (have an abundance mentality), but there is only 1 true fact in game: The Penis goes into the vagina.
