Hello :)

Have met this girl for a month and she has shown much interest and we even had sex.

This weekend when I partied, I texted her when is was drunk that we should play miniature golf next day. She said okey! After that I sent one more needy text about how fun it will be.

The the day after, I was very hungover and slept away the day. I did not call her at all.

So the day after the hangover I sent a whats up? But she did not respond.
Either she found another guy on the weekend or she's mad at me.

Will text her again in a few days, but should I ask if she is pissed off with a playful manner? or will it be Needy? What can I text instead?

might add that she asked me out last week but I declined and that was the day after we had sex.

don't text her:P Call her when you want to and set up another date if you want to see her again. You cannot date a girl through your phone. It has to be done in person.

Do not ask her if she's mad. That's really needy. Back off for a day or two then give her a call or, better yet, talk to her in person. Have her go somewhere with you and see how things go. You cannot possibly determine whether she's mad at you or not based on the fact that she didn't reply to "What's up?". That's a boring text and not memorable at all; it's possible she just opened her phone, saw it, and just forgot about it completely.
