| Post subject: | Party coming up, need tips |
Hey guys, Since I'm new here, and none of you know anything about me, here is a link to my intro thread so you can read up a bit on my background if you'd like EDIT: Can't link stuff yet... so hopefully you can find it on your own, if you really want to So I'm throwing a nice chill party at my house (shared with 3 other mates) this upcoming weekend (24th), and need some advice. First off, the party will probably be about 20-30 large, their will be alcohol, and its the day before my Birthday. The goal of this night... is to get laid, obviously. So here is my dilemma, there is this girl I've been dying to get with, but the first time I met her I was in a relationship. While I'm no oneist, I'd love to know if I still have a chance of getting with her? Would it be too awkward to explain that I'm now available, or will she see me as not on the market right off the bat and friend zone my ass? Also, the issue of getting her to the party. In the past she usually comes with some of her female friends from the high school we went too (I'm a year older), and I never directly invited her. But I got her number at the last party (while I had a girlfriend, was a bit sketchy...), but we never ended up communicating much. Not because of a lack of interest, but because I felt guilty (i really did have a girlfriend..). But now that I'm single... would it be weird for me text her up and personally invite her? I'd be casual about it. Or perhaps I should just start chatting her up and then drop it a few convo's later? Help me guys, I'm a newb Also, tips on party and group game? I don't have any problem with AA, and when I have some drinks in me, I'm pretty bold. I'd say my biggest issue is getting a girl that's interested and possibly vibing to go to the next level. I simply don't know how to.. "make the move" so to say? I'm always worried I'll freak them out or get rejected and so I freeze up when I see a potential opening. Anyhow, I'd appreciate any and all advice, thanks guys! -GA |
