im 19 and extremely introverted (maxxed out on the introverted scale on a Myers-Briggs personality test) I don't even know how to talk to girls, the last experience i had talking to a girl was probably 2 or 3 weeks ago and it was only a few words I'm horny as hell, where do i go, and how should i start trying to pick up girls? |

start off with the style life 30 day challenge. I been in your position. It was at least 2.5 years going out about 2 to 3 times a week that help me get over this. Also, what helped was that I start making guy friends along the way who had women friends. So we would all hang out and I got a lot of practice talking to women that way. |
