I had sex for the first time recently, with my first serious girlfriend. I have always been a good listener. I always focus all my attention on the girl, because the more I give to her, the more she lets her emotions go. And that's about the most beautiful thing I have ever experienced: a girl letting it all go. Reading "She Comes First" by Ian Kerner has done me a lot of good. I can make my girlfriend come almost every time. I think I'm approaching 'decent'. I want to become extraordinary good. What general advice do you have? What books to try? Everything is appreciated! |

read, read, read, and practice, practice and some more :d It is the only way to get familiar with the body of a woman. You will get the hang of it since you actually WANT to learn(you mentioned the book) and you will have an advantage over many men. |

Read, practice, have an open mind. ( technique) Dont drink dont smoke, sleep & eat right workout maintain clean hygene (apeal and performance) |
