It won't go to plan, and almost always, you'll panic and think on the spot trying to think of a new routine.
Cut out the routines, Just open with a simple Hi
, and then introduction. As for Conversations, I know you might think you need to think up a script to keep a conversation but you don't. Just be genuine and express yourself.

You think she looks like a stripper? say that (maybe not this one while your a nooby but I say it all the time)
You think she looks like a type of girl to be a lawyer? Ask her, or just say it.
Don't ask too many questions, you ask a question when you want to know something. So obviously it's a little weird to want to know everything about a girl.
Assume the answers instead of questions, guess the answer to the question you want to know, and then put it in the form of a statement. ie. What do you do for a living? - You think she's a bartender so say, You're a bartender aren't you?
You probably need to fix up your Inner game whilst doing this though, build up some confidence and what not.
In terms of stand alone methods from commercial PUAs. Look up a guy called 60 Years of Challenge. It's amazing. Also forget everything you know about Mystery Method.
