No its not a bad thing. Any kind of internal nickname or internal joke situation is a good thing. It builds connection and comfort. |

That kind of nickname can be both good or bad, it can just be good fun or it can be her way of shit testing you to se what you will do about it. I would recomend to just give her a nickname right back that you can tease her with, ofcourse with good intetion and a sens of humor. Some you could use is: grandma, smelly, big foot or just make up your own. You get the ide. |

It all depends on the context. If she calls all her friends - kid, dude, homie, etc. - I don't see this as a problem. It actually can be a good thing (means she's reached a level of comfort with you). However, if she's calling you "dude" etc. in a demeaning way, it's definitely a shit test or a deliberate move to put you in the friendzone. I use to hate when girls called me "dude" or whatever, but a lot of girls do this and it's completely normal. |
