Hey guys. So my ex have been split for about a year and a half, had a pretty bad break-up, but have patched things up a lot since then. We've been talking kind of off and on for the past eight months or so, going on random dates and hanging out some. Sometimes she'll send me emotional texts about how bad she misses me and wishes things would've worked blah, blah, blah. I've come to the conclusion that she just wants some dick. She's still young (seventeen) and comes from a pretty wealthy, church-going family. We did everything but sex during the relationship which lasted about a year and I'm pretty sure she's still a virgin. After drunk-texting her last weekend suggesting that we hang-out (horny mistake) we ended up meeting up and making out a lot last night. She's all over me every time we hang out but doesn't seem to be very interested when we're texting. I wouldn't mind another relationship with her but I'm just not getting that vibe. What do you guys think I should do here? Is it wrong to keep messing with a young, desperate ex like this? |

I don't think it's "wrong". Why would it be? Just remember that relationships end for a reason. I do not believe in getting back with an ex since the probability of it being successful the second time is so low. Don't get me wrong, it's possible, but highly unlikely. You could try for friends with benefits. If she's as horny as you say she is, keep doing what you're doing and escalate. |

I'm in a similar situation with my ex. She fucked things up before so I'm smart enough to not date her again. But she sends me sexual texts all the time and tells me how she misses me. I made it clear that I'll bang her, but I won't date her again. As long as you've moved on, do whatever you want. If you want to date her again, go ahead, but yield with caution. Ex's are ex's for a reason... |

Game other women bro. Sounds like she just wants to use you as a boy toy. She is all into you when you're there but when you're not she's not so excited. Hence why she doesn't seem into you when you're texting. I don't know a single girl, especially at that age, who is not big on texting. If she's hot go ahead and keep her as a fuck buddy. |

I'm pretty much over her. Not trying to sound like a resentful ex but her attitude has changed a lot. She can be really sweet but lately has more of a "my shit don't stink" frame. Normally I know this would be an easy "next" but I'm really not getting any other tail right now. Plus I'm going to college in a few months and will be about 2000 miles away. Idk. Perhaps the best move is to let her initiate all contact and just let it be. I don't think gaming her would do any good. How would I go about proposing a friends with benefits situation? |
