So i meet this girl in my class, has been giving my IOI's since day one. Almost 3 a day, consistently too! I got her number after knowing her for a couple hours and i would text her about 2-3 times a week. So last week we decided to study for a test together. Went and got coffee and had a good time, we ended up getting dinner afterwards and we talked for a good 2 and a half hours. We have a lot in common and she seems like an overall great girl. Problem is, i have been texting her up to this night every time, i have only texted her maybe 4 or 5 times and when we do text, we talk in depth about certain topics, shes interested in what im saying and vice versa. But she never texts me first. I checked out her facebook and it says shes been in a relationship for a year and a half now. But when we were at dinner she asked if i had a girlfriend and i said no and i ask if she had a boyfriend and she says "well when we're together, we're together, but distance is hard for me and i rarely see him" then she changed topics... I haven't texted her since Thursday night(when we had dinner together), trying to put the ball in her court. It seems to me that shes playing hard to get, or doesn't want her boyfriend to find out..So should i just not text her at all anymore or continue to initiate the conversations to keep her interested in me? Keep in mind that i do see her 3 times a week so we still talk throughout the week regardless. Thanks for the advice ! |
