It'll take less time with a girl. It feels good man. When you masturbate, try to maintain constant pressure for half an hour. Use masturbation as a duration-training tool. If you allow yourself to get off in less than half an hour, immediately drop to the floor and do 20 push ups. If it is the second time in a row you've allowed yourself to get off in less than half an hour, do 20 push ups then go run a mile. Once you've mastered extending yourself to half an hour, increase the intensity. Higher pressure, lotion, something to make the challenge more difficult. The time limit remains, the punishments remain. That being said, most girls have been with guys who got off too quickly. It won't be a big deal, just use your mouth til you're ready to go again. |

Do not think about this when your in bed, doesnt matter that I say this you will 100% but seriously dont!! You need to relax, think about anything but having sex if you need. Seriously what did you have for lunch or how you need to buy new sneaks. In other words stay calm, go slow, and if you getting hot switch positions, and "take your time" give urself a 30 seconds break, eat her out if needed... just relax. |

Man sex won't be as quick as a wank. You're forgetting that when you whack off, you know what pressure to use and when etc. Personally I have to put in a lot of effort to make myself cum during sex. Sex is totally different. I wouldn't worry about it until you do it and find out. Good sex can last anything from 5-10 minutes to over an hour. It depends on the type of sex and stuff... kinky sex lasts longer because of increased foreplay, to be honest I prefer around 40 minutes, but that includes foreplay and everything. Don't worry until you do it mate. |

Good advice slip n slide - use masturbation to last longer. At first you may have to completely stop, rest and start again. But eventually you will learn how to control yourself for longer and longer, using different techniques etc. that you can then replicate whilst having sex. A lot of it is mental I find. If you're worried about it, then you're either going to finish very quickly, or...well, not at all so to speak. So chill and relax. Enjoy it. It's supposed to be fun for both of you - so have fun! But two tips I'd give to try and help yourself feel more comfortable and relaxed are firstly that you can always make her come some other way if it doesn't all go to plan. Foreplay, oral, whatever; sometimes doing that first can take the weight off your mind as well - if she's had her fun already, then you don't need to worry quite so much! Secondly, you can buy condoms that are supposed to help you last longer. I've never actually used one of these sort, so not sure how well different brands work, but they all generally are supposed to help numb the penis slightly (but not completely), so you can last longer but still come eventually - at least I think that's the science! |

Here's the problem, yes, with masturbation you get off quicker because you know how to apply the right pressure and the pace is much faster. With a girl, everything is slower, but you're also 10x more excited when she starts touching you. Sometimes you can barely hold it in while she gropes you through clothes. Learn foreplay. Mate Breath. Sex is like any other thing. You need practice to get good. With time and experience you are going to last much longer. Dont overthink a thing that is natural to animals, we are smart so i think we can do it also easy.
