Post subject:  Traffic Light Party
Club I'm going to tommorow is hosting a traffic light party. For those who don't know what that is, you wear red if you're taken, orange if you 'could be persuaded' and green if you're single and ready to go.

I'm thinking of wearing orange or a different colour so I don't look desperate or annything (come to think of it I don't have an orange or green shirt anyway, could be a problem). I mean, if you go wearing green that is just begging for sex, right?

Should I approach the girls wearing green or orange (or red :))? Or how's that going to look you reckon? Best sticking with the girls who go like me - casual, different coloured top.

You could take it one step further and wear red. Woman love a challenge and just by talking to a girl wearing red, you will have a real push and pull scenario as they wont be able to work out the interest you are showing them.
if a girl asks.. just tell them ' I wore red because I get approached alot and tonight I wanted a break' lol

Come to think of it, I don't have a red shirt either, yet I have a wardrobe full of nearly every other colour shirt :roll:

And who do you think I should approach? Greens and oranges? Other colours? Reds??

Regardless, it's honestly up to you what to wear. I would wear one of those 3 colors, though, as going against a theme usually just tells everyone there you think you are too cool for theme parties. That won't end well. Why don't you wear the color that accurately describes you? Just go to a thrift store and find a t-shirt that's one of those options. Thrift stores, I think, were specifically made for people who needed last minute help with theme parties.

I say wear orange, because if you wear red then girls that you flirt with will assume you are a player and back off, or just not talk to you. Unless you really want a challenge and your game is superior to others.

Those traffic light parties are really popular in my country, and this whole concept is so lame to me. Like I need someone or something to say "It's ok to talk to this girl". Fucking stupid.

Btw, everyone is wearing fucking orange at those parties cause they don't won't to look desperate, and prey to god that someone talk to them. I say wear green.

Well the concept is that you can filter out the taken girls, which will save you time and possibly a few slaps on the face :wink: Otherwise, I don't need colourful shirts to approach girls either. Anyway, I'm only really going as my friends are going just wanted to know what colour to wear but I see your point.

Maybe. Still, I think we can agree it is usually an easier and more successful strategy to try your luck with single ladies? Plus the girls with green are already gagging for it :wink:
