I have decided to start working out. Any good NLP audio available for staying focus and reduce procrastination. |

Man, you don't need NLP. Force yourself to go to the gym for a month, after that it will be more harder not to go than to go. Just get some music that will pump you up. |

The first few times are always hard. As with everything els, it gets easier. U have to make up ur mind if u really want this or not. When u want it u WILL do it. The body u have now will be ur "car" the rest of ur life, might aswell keep it in good shape and oiled with good foods. Its a challenge, but u need challenges in ur life to keep urself going. This might sound a bit weird, but ill write it anyway: In the army we were often tired and not all of us wanted to work out. Then we made this thing where when it was workout time; we made up a mind set that we need water, and the only place we can get water is at the gym! When we came down there, we thought might aswell do some kind of workout since we are down here... Hope it helps u out. Find ur inspiration. Crossfit is a good inspiration, read quotes ++. |
