Post subject:  HB9 is going away for spring break... How to keep momentum?

This girl that I am interested in is going away on spring break for a huge party down in the Dominican Republic. Should I bite the bullet and buy a ticket to go down with my school and meet up with her there even though none of my good friends are really going (yes, I do have the option of going along, money isn't an issue, it's more a question of going along with/without a good friend to go clubbing/room with, etc.)? Will I be able to keep some momentum even if I do not go along for the week? I know this is the biggest mistake to admit, but I am somewhat wary of losing her, and I would like to keep my gaming momentum up if possible. Anything you guys have to add would be much appreciated!

I was actually in the exact same situation a few years ago! I finished High School and went off to another state to party it up at a huge party notorious for binge drinking, drugs and sex. Thing is, I had just started a relationship one week prior to this with a guy. I liked him, but kind of wanted to be single and indulge myself fully in the partying. He was older than me so had already done his end of school partying and knew what it would be like. We spoke about it and he told me he didn't feel it was right for him to hold me back, so if I did get with anyone, he would understand. Deep down, he was insecure about losing me (told me later). While I was partying with my very single girlfriends, I realised that I did not want to be with anyone else. All I wanted was my boyfriend back home. You just have to have faith that your girl is like me! I totally respected the fact that my boyfriend was ok with letting me party and that is probably one of the reasons why I just wanted him.

If she's your only motivation to go, then don't do it. You're just going to end up disappointed. If however you can go and open yourself to hooking up with other girls, then don't miss out on what could be the time of your life.
