"Do not fuck with me" = Be cool. Don't react. Just have strong eye contact and smile like "whats up you little kid?". Like James Bond - nthing is a big deal. Also go to gym and to look tough
"Being nice" = Getting the girl to open up. Let her talk and have good reasons to ask important questions. Its easy just to ask about her family. But usually you will "wtf why you are asking?" you have to figure out how to ask such questions in a way that it seems genuine and so that she will respond.
I don't see where do you see a problem being both two things above... OTH IMO you also have to be sexual...
"Being sexual"= Escalating physically. Being confident talking sex, kissing, complimenting her body in no-needy way "your eyes are sexy, are you wearing some lenses?" "nice boobs, are they fake? no? A point for you".
