Post subject:  Conversations Going Nowhere
Lately I've been slowly overcoming my AA and now find it a little easier to start a conversation with girls but,,
I seem to run out of things to say as my questions/conversations run into a dead end or something and I can't seem to keep them interested in what i have to say, Most of my conversations turn into random questions here and there and full of awkward silences.
I also have trouble on creating any type of connection and I cant escalate with girls to save my life.

How do i improve my conversation skills and become an interesting and engaging speaker.Any tips.....or advice. Id be grateful

the key is open questions.

girls like talking,and even more about themselves,so ask her questions that'll leave her talking for a while..

also,if you aren't feeling comfortable,you will get to a point where you're"brain dead"
and have nothing to say,so write down some interesting topics before,and memorize their headlines,then you'll come ready.

This is truly a wonderful post. I really appreciate your work and feel that all these points that you have mentioned are truly worth giving a thought. I am sure many people would be highly benefited from this.

Can you suggest ways for steering a conversation towards the flirty or sexual without turning the girl off or coming off as a creep

yes,let her do it,twist everything she says into a sexual thing,but do it in a witti and playfully way,

exemple:

her:are you a lefty or a righty?

you:umm...i'm a righty i thi....WAIT! what? i've only known you for 15 secondes,you gotta be kiding me! your brain is like(LAUGH AT HER SAYING)SEX! SEX! SEX!...
and everytime she says something at the rest of your time with her,remind her that,mock and tease her about her"sexual" brain :lol:

You will have to learn how to keep talking even while your brain goes blank. Keeping talking, even if for some moments becomes trivial, is a powerful tool.

Example:

YOU BLANK.....you ask "who sings this song playing"
SHE: I dont know
YOU: I like it though. What kinds music you like.......(there..... you have a music thread)

Example 2:

YOU BLANK: .......................thing of what you did earlier that such as:
YOU: "I cleaned my apartment today"
SHE: Oh yeah?
YOU: For some reason I love using Windex to clean glass
SHE: Jaja

The magic in that 2nd example is that you are talking about something mundane and zooming into some silly aspect of that subject.

Example 3:
YOU BLANK: I went to the supermarket today
SHE: Oh ya?
YOU: I couldnt find the mayonaisse.....

START PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU DO DURING THE DAY, AND IN GENERAL, AND MAKE NOTE OF THE SMALL DETAILS OF LIFE. PEOPLE TALK ABOUT THOSE DETAILS ALL THE TIME.

Example:
You go buy something and and there is a long wait to try clothes on. You observe a bunch of people. A couple stand out because they way the look or how they are acting. Make note. Then when you are talking to chicks, you can briefly talk about the characters you encounter in your days.
