| Post subject: | Valentines day - what to write in the card? |
I've found a pretty unique card to send to my GF. We've been together for about 6 weeks and dated for a few months before that. What is a non-cheesy message to write inside the card? The 'L' word has been used by both of us a few times, and she actually said she loves it when I tell her I love her. What would be a good message to write inside in light of this? My best idea thus far: 'I hope this is the first of many, I love you x' Thanks PS. mods move this to relationship forum if you want but I just thought this could be a good thread for anyone planning on sending out a valentine card. |

my advice would be really think about what she would appreciate, and who she is as a person. Perhaps comment on how she makes you feel when you are around her, or notice something specific she does that you like about her. Women love detail is hard not to be cheesy, but do not fear, a small amount of cheese can be good hehe the way you... xyz when i am with you... you make me feel... the time we... close to me if you want to get really sneaky observe how she communicates and try to include language that matches her main way of interacting. auditory (hear, listen), visual(see looked), touch (felt, held) |
