Just wondering, since, it seems that these methods are to break down the shyness, assert oneself, and to keep anxiety down...I myself happen to have been anti-social at some points of my life. Just trying to get myself back into the game and old image back. |

i dont conside myself anti-social, since i never refuse going to a social event and i also have a fair amount of friends. But i know for sure that im very shy, mostly with people i dont know well... |

Me peronally, im the opposite of anti social, cant keep my mouth shut and will talk to anyone. the main purpose of my existence here however is to solidify my speaking game in such a manner where the change of being able to select the girl im chatting to if i want. personal development and all that. |
