Post subject:  Adding girl on facebook, from school?

i am almost at the stage where i can cold aproach almost anygirl with no hesitation, because at the end of the day, i might never see them again lol. but back to the subject, there is this girl i see at school almost everyday, but i dont know her!! And she is always walking with a friend. and another thing! she is like 3 inches taller than me, but let me describe my self, im like 5"3 very muscular (No buldging veins in my neck lol), Senior in Highschool so i cant decide if i should add her on Fb or what? if so how should i open? Can SOMEONE just point me in the right direction with this one? it would be appreciated!
And sorry for my long Story, with my mini violin haha.

The best way to start a conversation with her is to approach her while she's with her friend and just start talking to both of them. It might take lots of guts I know but it will accomplish many things and create shortcuts. Some of the things it will accomplish is:

1) Show you have the confidence to approach a girl you like EVEN when she's with her friend. ( something most guys wouldn't have the guts to do)
2) If everything goes good her friend will approve of you which is a big trust factor for this girl and creates comfort.
3)You will get much more experience approaching in a pressuring situation then you would in a regular case

Now the way to approach this girl is by starting a conversation with her and her friend and then going on to contacting both of them. Ask for each one of their number and then call the one you like. Good luck !

I like your thinking but for #3, i might come off as a player, thats not the image i want. And how would you suggest opening up? i dont really game in school, but out of it, i would usually just scope out a target, and just cold approach, (Wow, i just wanted to come over here and say you are very pretty, haha, what are you doing here. blah blah, and ask for phone number) is that the mind set to have?

When you approach a 2 set such as in your case cold approaching wouldn't be the best because you already exclude one of them(unless you like both and would like to have a threesome). Start of casually or make up some lie for ex " hey u guys look pretty friendly i wanna get your opinion on something etc.." then you continue "blah blah blah.... " then you get both their numbers and call the one you like. And no you wont come off as a player.

It's kind of weird to do normal cold approaches at school.

I would try "Hey, I've seen you around a lot. What's your name?"
then go into "You seem like a [sport] player. Did I peg you right or are you scared of breaking your nails?"
and continue from there. The cold read will really help to get the conversation moving.

Alright i like. but should i jump to the " are you a sports player"? what would be some other openers like that?

Notice that the opener itself is just "Hey, I've seen you around..."
As long as you can get that off, the rest of the conversation can come naturally and fluidly.

The sports part is the cold read that follows. Cold reads can really open up a set. They show that you have some insight into her character, even if you're wrong. It gives her a topic and gets her talking about herself.

You can cold read on anything. "I was just talking to my Indian friend about curry. I can already tell you like spicy food, I have sixth sense for this kind of thing."
"I can't handle this Valentine's Day craziness. You're definitely the type of girl that would want chocolates on V-day. You're a high maintenance girlfriend, I can tell."

For a cold read, you need to assume some trait about her. If it's true, it's impressive that you picked up on it, if it's not, she'll hurry to prove you wrong. All you need is something to assume, and you can cold read. Try not to use a rehearsed one immediately on entering the set, something you come up with on the spot will be better. Those two above, I would not say immediately after my opener, but you could use them anywhere in the conversation.

It's a useful tool. Try to apply it in your own life.
