Just a little recap of my situation:

I am 100% brand new to this sort of thing.

-What I need assistance with, is a new gal I met a while back. We hit it off at first, and had a few dates; it was great. But then I had to move out of town for about 6 months for work related issues. We continued to email and text all the time, but now to find out she has a BF and "really likes him". I am moving back to the same town in about a month and she wanted to get together for dinner; lame, right? She has a BF and what I need is some strategy for making a quick-reversal back to me.-

~New part to ad - I just received a text "my bf is out of town this weekend, you have to come see me" - I was already planning on a climbing to the area with some guys anyways. How should I respond to that, It feels like a trap or something.

1. if she texts you saying her bf is out of town, you have full rights to game her.

3. if you go through the first 2 or 3 pages, you might find some problems with the technique. Go to the last page, and i wrote how to get around them and make the technique even stronger by doing so.

We had just been texting throughout the day while at work. her- "fuk, I hate my boss" me- "they can be dicks sometimes, what happened?" her - "it was horrible, I dont want to talk about it" me - "I understand...I got cussed out by my boss b4.... after I made out with his daughter at the company picnic" her - "lol" me - "hey. it wasnt my fault ;) her -"thanks" me-"for what" her- "making me smile" me - "well, it was true..... but get this im taking a trip to 'devils tower' in a couple days" her -"OMG, I love rock climbing. Are you coming through Billings?" me -"yeah, I love the feeling it gives you... And yes we will be staying a night and hitting up the downtown scene" her - "my bf is out of town this weekend" me -"cool, you can join us, but only if you know how to swing"

Failure to make a move=disinterest. She may see you as just another guy to hang out with, and trying to make a move now would shock her.

Still, might as well give it your best shot, worst that can happen is you get rejected and look like a tool.

Make your intentions clear from the get-go. If she doesn't know you're in it for sex, then you're screwed (unfortunately not literally). You need to touch her, hug her from behind, be so physical it's crazy. And then once you isolate, MAKE A MOVE. If you don't make a move, then you wasted your time.

EDIT: And your texting was good.

I got a make out in the bar, and much more sexual once we went back to her place(I didnt tell her I was living in a tent at the time). But she pulled back before the fuck, presumably because we had been drinking so much. I just said I understood. Either way, I got a BJ and we watched a movie (Maid in Manhattan, gay) and passed out. Then we went out a couple more times and I moved out of town.
So what do you think a good date would be?
- A dinner or coffee would be lame
- Im thinking of taking her slacklining cause she showed interest in the past. Then grabbing some sushi/drinks, if there is any sort of sexual tension.

what do you guys think?

Yeah good, then this is a good sign.

I don't know what slacklining is, but I assume it's related to ziplining and probably has something to do with climbing. That sounds like a great idea to me. It should be something you're good at or familiar with.

Alternately you could go straight to drinks at a bar.
