Post subject:  I misinterpret signs and make things awkward
I have a problem.

I meet girls, talk to them and what not but when I think I see IOIs and go in, it turns out they're not into me. It ends friendships with the girl, what should I do?

What you should do, or change, really depends by what you mean when you "go in". Please do elaborate.
For all we know his definition of "go in" means he takes his pants down and begins to play with himself in front of the girl
