| Post subject: | DREAMS, do they play part in your success for Pickup? |
Hey guys So this is a bit of a different topic and I'm not sure if it's discussed much in the community, or even on here to mention, but I do find it really interesting to talk about so lets get into it. Also, this may be a bit of a long post because and if you know my style, I really get into it! I'm sure you'll find this VERY beneficial in your own life too. I've put in pictures in too to make it a little interesting. ENJOY! DREAMS No, we're not talking about your dream of becoming the worlds greatest PUA or a superstar DJ ...I'm talking about your subconscious dreams. We all think that our dreams are just a series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person's mind during sleep, but a couple of months ago I decided to keep track of me dreams to see what they could possibly mean or translate into...and how could it in any way relate back to my success in molding myself into a PUA? When most people dream, they think of flying, breathing underwater and (one of my favourites...) doing the KAMAHAMEHA wave! (Don't lie, you know you've always wanted to do that!) ![]() Anyway... I decided to track my dreams from last year August so that I could identify common dreams and occurrences instate to find out what they could possibly be telling me or to possibly guide me to do in the real world. So I did. Boy...my subconscious really knows how to get my attention! I'll share my most recent dream for which I think has the most relevancy to this topic. Last night I dreamt of 5 things: A skyscraper, Jellyfish, me falling from the skyscraper, me being underwater with the jellyfish...and a leash. I'll now tell you what each image or projection means (I use a dream translator from dream-moods. com for reference, very accurate) and what it translates into in my life. SKYSCRAPER: ![]() To see a skyscraper in your dream represents your high ideals, creativity, accomplishments and imagination. You always aim high at whatever you do. The skyscraper is seen as a metaphor for the foresights and achievements of man. [The skyscraper represents my passion for doing things with a flair of creativity and originality. I also aim to achieve high in many things I do in order to better myself. Also, when I'm learning pickup I try to be as creative or as original as I can yeah? I want to become a PUA more than anything because I find this art so unique and deeply transforming and I've dedicated so much time and effort into practicing...it's become nearly a lifestyle for me! But i'm no where near where I want to be yet as I still have my AA to overcome. Considering where I was last year, I've come quite a way in improving myself and my social aspect with other people. So, to me, the skyscraper, also relates to my success for pickup. I want to aim high and reach the top! Right, next... JELLYFISH ![]() To see a jellyfish in your dream represents painful memories that is emerging from your unconscious. There may be hidden hostility or aggression in some aspect of your waking relationship or situation. Alternatively, a jellyfish indicates feelings of inadequacy, uncertainty and a lack of self-esteem. Perhaps there is some situation in which you are unable to assert yourself [This one is one of the most powerful projections I saw in my dream, and since I've never seen Jellyfish in my dreams before it was really significant that I remembered it and acknowledged it's presence when I saw it. I couple of days ago I was on a topic thread and I was giving my advice to a guy, and he wanted to know how to get over his AA but at the same time he was hitting the clubs. On that topic, I told him that one of the bad memories I had was where I went into a club, very anxious and nervous, and I approached a 2 set of gorgeous girls...and I crashed and burned. Now, that to me was a very bad memory and will forever stay with me because I wasn't prepared and I just looked like a dweeb afterwards. In conjunction with that, I've always kept that one memory suppressed for years and only just brought it up the surface now...and although it's not troubling me, it makes me think about how I should act and become more confident in myself in and out game. My esteem isn't the greatest but I do have my days, everyone does. One of the main reasons for this is because I've never had a GF, 21 and still a virgin and also never been kissed... It's mainly cause I was never taught any of these skills by anyone too. I had to find it all out for myself after reading The Game. I also feel the reason for my low S.E is because of the way my body looks. It's not the greatest (flabby) but I workout as much as I can and try to keep healthy but at the same time there is a big sense of in-adequacy when competing against the other good looking blokes out there and in the clubs. It's not like I don't go out and try, I do, but I feel as though I don't try hard enough and that's where I feel as why I am failing all the time in my journey for improving my game and overall social ability and self esteem! And...in a wierd way, my subconcious thoughts, are telling me this in the form a Jellyfish. How crazy is that? How one thing in your mind can make so much sense? ITS UNREAL.] Right, halfway there... Falling from the skyscraper // FALLING ![]() To dream that you fall and are not frightened signifies that you will overcome your adversities with ease. To dream that you fall and are frightened indicates a lack of control, insecurity, and/or lack of support in your waking life. You may be experiencing some major struggle and/or overwhelming problem. It may also imply that you have failed to achieve a goal that you have set forth for yourself. [This particular projection relates to my entire PUA goal and what I have set for myself in order to reach it. If we combine the jellyfish and the skyscraper projections...I know that my subconscious is telling me that the reason I am failing myself is: Because of the high standards I have set for myself I am unable to reach them BECAUSE of my ever impending fear from AA cause by self esteem and fears of which I keep bottled up inside. Fearing that approach... The only way to overcome that fear and reach that goal is to leave that comfort zone and try harder in order to get what I desire. I must stop half assing everything and just push myself harder in order to get what I truly desire! I must stop being afraid and just do it, no matter what happens...even if I hit the bottom, I must still carry on trying.] 2 More... Underwater ![]() To dream that you are underwater suggests that you are being overcome with emotions and are in over your head regarding some situation. You need to gain greater control of your life. [The emotions I feel because of my S.E and the AA keep causing me to re-affirm the fear of not accomplishing my goals...and because of this it emotionally straining. Not seeing any results because of not trying. So urgently wanting to get that kiss and just be embraced and surrounded by female friends in my life and live the lifestyle I've always wanted...and not being in that current lifestyle is also emotionally straining. Not having any girls to talk to or party with an enjoy life with...it's one of the many pleasure I'm just, it's like i'm allowing myself to miss out on those things because I'm not trying hard enough and because I'm allowing my emotions to get in the way of what I want. I must rise above the surface and get that clear idea of what I want and desire...If I don't get out of that "water", i'll never get to where I want and achieve what I seek. It's the only way.] One more... (thanks for reading this far!) Leash ![]() To dream that you are holding a leash indicates a need for more control in your life. You need to take the lead in some projection or situation. To dream that you are wearing a leash suggests that you need to show more restraint with regards to your sexual urges and desires. Alternatively, the dream indicates that you are too easily led or too easily influenced. You are letting other people control you and take you in a direction that you do not really want to go. [The leash is referring to myself being more progressive about overcomming my current state of being a virgin and how I want to just finally have sex! As far as other people controlling me, the only person that is restricting me from doing all these things as I was the one holding the leash...I AM RESTRICTING MYSELF! I am STOPPING myself from achieving the things in which I desire. I must detach from myself and just be free and stop being afraid in doing things. In order to be free, I must be free inside myself with nothing holding me back...] You see how those projections, especially the jellyfish and the leash, impacted me in my quest? In conclusion my entire dream told me: - - Stop being afraid - Overcome your fears - Try harder and put in more effort - Rise above adversity - Stop restricting myself and push myself outside my comfort zone - My ambitions may be too high as I cannot reach them yet...but I will achieve them in time - I am holding myself back from being happy WOW, what a post! But you see what I mean? How a dream can impact so significantly in reality? If I thought nothing of it and just forgot about the mind trip, it wouldn't have matter that much, but understanding what it meant gives so much more value into how my subconscious thoughts are trying to communicate with me. Sure, I know about those problems I have, but seeing them in that detail and in such explanation afterwards... it just makes it that much more intriguing and exciting to see inside my own mind and how I can better myself in the future in order to get what I want and where I want to be. Thanks for reading! - Chai |

Have you heard of transcendental meditation ? theres no records of how to actually do it.. Everything says you have to pay
But i am well aware of what you are trying to say. Dreams are limitless, they can be our fantasies or our way to deal with everyday life when the brain is not occupied. Dreams can strenghten us but they sure know how to cut us down too when some long forgotten pain comes back again. I stopped remembering dreams a few years back but i can very clearly see, experience and remember my visualizations when i meditate. I cant explain how much this has helped me with both my confidence, social life and PUA game in general. Sometimes, rather often, i follow my visualizations and make decisions based on them in real life. This has never ever led to anything negative. Open minded people who arent affraid of their mind or their spirituality are so much more at peace with whatever they experience then individuals who arent. I owe my game and my confidence to Kundalini and Meditation. This is where i got my discipline from to change and it is thanks to this i became an mPUA. |

I am a pretty spiritual person too and am very open minded, I have alwaysSometimes, rather often, i follow my visualizations and make decisions based on them in real life. I owe my game and my confidence to Kundalini and Meditation. This is where i got my discipline from to change and it is thanks to this i became an mPUA. been. I remember a while ago when I tried meditating, It was truly incredible! I was supposed to meditate for 20 minutes...but I was so relaxed I managed to stay in a meditative state for over an hour! And I could see and visualize experiences as to how I wanted them so I could get a better grasp into what I seek in the real world. I must definately get back in to Meditation again, it really helped with my inner game a little. Kundalini sounds really cool though! |

Quote: ranscendal Meditation is just a more intense form of Mantric Meditation. There isnt really any point in caughing up 325Euro / 400USD when you can get started with mantric meditation for free from online lessons.
TonyKing you reckon it would be better to start with somebeginner meditation stuff and then move onto the Yogani meditation afterwards? Is there more of a difference in results? |
