I have had a problem with this one lately - specifically if I am not drinking or am with a girl i find really attractive. Its pretty embarrassing to say the least. I think all that we can say here might help you but I think is better if you look for professional help, most of the times is not related with something physical, remember that sex is in your head; if you a serious relationship with someone right now talk to her, communication is one of the keys for mind blowing sex.
