Are there any good responses to the question: "How are you?"

The usual/boring reply is often the same: "fine, good, ok.." etc

When the girl asks that question, it is up to you to make the answer interesting. How am i?

well, i am good today. slept well, which is always a good start :). then i did blablabal today, which was amazing! How about you?

make it interesting, dont overdo with funny/cocky shit. if she asks you first, you can show her how to answer when you are asking her that question. If she answers with just, fine, good, bad, balbal, aks why. Just good? or did something extraordinary happen today? Or is about to happen?

As long as you don't answer with "swollen and itchy" then I think you should be fine.
