so i have messaged with this girl and here goes how its going so far. she is looking for a relationship though. she's a country girl and wants a redneck guy. i'm southern(from SC) Will 1/19/2012 9:30:12 PM i'm southern but not exactly redneck. Her 1/20/2012 7:17:48 AM how southern Will 1/20/2012 5:23:45 PM well i'm from south carolina, i don't do those redneck things(i live in fla!) but i'm down for some hunting and fishing and cookouts if thats your thing. Will 1/20/2012 5:27:12 PM so....u going to that fuel concert? Her 1/20/2012 5:40:25 PM yeah thats my thang lol Her 1/20/2012 5:40:46 PM no Her 1/20/2012 5:41:18 PM im going line dancing Will 1/20/2012 6:09:02 PM kool Her 1/20/2012 6:10:30 PM yeah here's the thing though i don't like the thought of line dancing, so how do i escalate with this girl she's replying back so is she interested? i havent said anything back though in at least a day. |

Chances are, she's even more bored than I was reading that...Basically what I'm saying is...that girl is having the same conversation with multiple guys... Be funny..Be cool..be INTERESTING...and don't jump the gun...You just started talking to this girl...she has no idea who you are. What if she would have said "Yes, I'm going to the Fuel concert"........would your next step have been asking her to go with you or something? 99% of the time that isn't going to work until you 2 know each other..You'll have more chance getting to know her by being funny and interesting, and challenging her..because like I said, she has multiple guys talking to her about "Where ya from", "Do you like music?", "What's your favorite color?", etc,etc...Gotta keep it interesting..and questions like that, which seem like an interview, are going to bore her, and make her lose interest pretty quick. And there is an "Online Sarging" sub-forum on this website...might want to check that out for all your online dating needs.. |

You ruined it at the first message. Look, most of us put up some criteria of what we are looking for in a significant other on those sites, but when someone comes up saying "oh yeah, i'm A B and C" it just looks despserate. You started out trying to prove to her you were a good match. |
