Wondering what you guys think of breast implants? Personally I don't like them at all, can't for the life of me understand it. They're okay I guess if you just get a small amount but pretty much all the ones I see are way over the top. I mean they look so damn fake, what's the point? Does that even work biologically? They look more like a birth defect and that isn't attractive. It's natural all the way for me.

The sad thing is guys are actually getting breast implants too these days lol. Imagine a girl thinking you have great pecs and feeling them and they're all squishy and soft hah.

Haha yeah your girls are pretty impressive. Mind if I ask what your workout routine is (off topic I know, and in the wrong section)?

I do a lot of volume training (lighter weight, short rest). There's a big misconception that lifting heavy weights = mass; often I find volume training to be far more efficient.

A typical tit workout for me consists of incline press, dumbell or machine flys, flat bench, and incline hammerstrength press. I keep motion short on presses because after 1/2 mark you're using more front deltoids (shoulders) and triceps than anything. Focus also on eccentric motion (downward motion) as just dropping weight down is failing to sufficiently shock the muscle into growth.

I've yet to read the book myself, but Serious Strength Training by Tudor Bompa is the bible for most of the competing juiceheads at my gym, based on the principle of Periodization.

That's pretty interesting, I've been focusing on heavy weights almost exclusevily. I do get results but I'd still like to be bigger. I do other things also like running and yoga and capoeira but my workout is mostly in the 8-10 reps range (apart from push-ups).

If you're trying to get bigger I strongly suggesting on cutting back on the extra-curriculars. If you continually do heavy weight your nervous system becomes overloaded and your muscles will also stop responding - you'll often find that your weights aren't increasing much either. Often by lightening the load your technique improves. I've been going pretty light for a few months now and have grown noticeably bigger than what you see in my avatar photo - but I've also been training legs harder which helps promote growth throughout the body.

Depends on the type of implants and the quality of the surgeon that implanted them, it also depends on how a woman's breasts were before she got implants.

Women that were nearly completely flat prior to implants, that get saline versus silicone, that go through the armpit rather than under boob, and use a high quality surgeon; have the best results.

Since implants are implanted in addition to a woman's natural tissue, rather than in place of them; There is sometimes a discontinuity between a woman's implants and her natural tissue, if she had a significant amount of natural tissue. Basically if a woman had decent sized boobs and got larger implants; you may be able to feel where the fake ends and the real begins. Unfortunately the focus of implants seems to be looks rather than feel. Saline offers a much more nature feel than silicone did, and a well qualified surgeon can create a very realistic looking and feeling set of breasts.

Unfortunately a lot of women are not using high quality surgeons, often times for economic reasons. Some however do not frequent good surgeons, because good surgeons do not perform breast augmentation surgeries unless they feel that there is a good reason for performing the surgery; also they may not give a woman the size implants she requests, but rather will limit the size to something more suited to her height and frame.

So I guess what I'm trying to say is that there are good boob jobs and bad boob jobs. But the bad ones are more noticeable.

i don't like implants on women.

i can see having them in if you have literally NO tits or misshapen tits, which happens.

other than that, i prefer natural, even if it means an A cup.

Nay, definitely. If they don't jiggle when you play with them what's the point of big boobs.

A doctor friend of mine said there was a pill that makes all the weight women gain go to their boobs, I don't know if it's true, but it's an appealing idea. :P Here honey, take these vitamins and we'll go for burgers later haha

I don't mind them. Nice natural ones always win but fake ones are fine. I like big boobs anyway so would prefer fake ones to small ones.
