Hey fellow PUAs,

A few months ago, before I knew about game, I encountered an AMOG.

Although I didn't find any of the girls attractive, this good looking guy randomly started taking a photo of me during the gathering and said "wow you're SOO good looking robinbhood".

Perhaps it was a joke, or maybe he was using the straw man technique? I'm only a 7/10 in looks whereas I know for a fact he's a 9/10.

I'm certain he's not gay either.

In the situation, I just smiled and said in a playful tone "I'm going to call the police on you for taking pics without my permission!" but what is a better way of handling situations like these in the future?

Perhaps he was amogging, perhaps he was just joking around with you, or perhaps he really did think you looked like Robin Hood. Could be many things.

This is how I would have handled it:

Amog: "Wow, you're so good looking Robin Hood!"
You: *Turning to HB*: "Pfft, groupies...they can't get enough of me."

From there, I'd go into a bit of cocky/funny with little lines like:

- "Your rep is going through the roof just being with me. You should be thankful a guy like me is being seen with you."

- "What was that look? You're so starstruck, aren't you? You're one of THOSE girls!"

- "Just a matter of time before you become obsessed with me."

Just play with them man. :)
