While i totally agree with you on specifically The Secret being shit, mental training, meditation and visualization really do work helping improve both your game and your life in general. So the concept is definetly something to look at but perhaps with a book thats not as shitty

But the fact of the matter is...i've just made the acceptance that this shit is real....

Im with you on this one.. I am half way through the book but am aware of what happens when you put it into practice.
The book and film are tools to make money so its very easy to see why people can hate it, but it shouldnt be confused with the fact that it works..

Perhaps tell us what you have been doing and the results you have been getting?...

I'm with papichulo818 in this. Meditation and visualization may have benefits (or so i've been told, never actually tried it ou myself) bu The Secret is pure bullshit.

And forgive me if i'm skeptical on the lottery thing. Basically what you are saying is that if I focus positive thoughts in winning the lottery I will win. Seriously man, it simply does not work this way.

I think it is best to believe that results come from actually doing something. Example: go out and think as much as you want that girls will come and talk to you, but do not approach any of them. If it happens let me know.

Ok so this is how it is for me.. I have shagged alot of girls over the years but most of my gaming is either from online or from people I meet am introduced to. I never ever seemed to be able to meet a bird on a random Sat night and taker her back. Well maybe 3 times over the last 5 years.

I started using 'law of attraction' techniques and did a meditation excessive for being a 'sex magnet'. Within a month of doing it I got laid on 3 Saturday nights.
