Lately a good buddy of mine and myself have been talking about women, who make plans with you the week before only on the day of at least 2hrs beforehand go dead air with communication and end up not keeping theyre word. Myself I cant do this without sounding some kind of needy because I dont know how or which way I should use my words to communicate w/o sounding needy. What we just do, is get in our heads that she isnt a woman of her word and just dont deal with it anymore, and move on. But back to my question, how do you guys communicate this w/o sounding needy, just being like "Hey, this is the bottom line, I just dont like people who flake on me"? Answers? |

Easiest thing is to make alternate plans. If you wanna go out and do something, do it. If she decides not to call you that day or answer a text taht's her problem, because now you are out bowling with friends (or whatever). Rather than criticize or accuse her of anything, just have a good time doing stuff anyways and she will get the message. It isn't about her, it's about the event/activity, which you'll be doing whether she's present or not. This is another reason I constantly say to game more than 1 girl, too. |

For me, unless if a girl is really chasing me and I know she is gonna come out for sure, I make plans, and day of the plan, I cancel early as possible. Especially the first time. Gotta calibrate the situation. If she flakes, don't make a big deal out of it. I just text on a monday or something with like "Really fun weekend, how was yours?" |

You don't want to give them a hard time about canceling because that will make them associate you with the reprimand. Remember, "no big deal" is the stance you should take on most things in pickup. |

This works for me... Never get pissed off even if it's a last min flake with a shit excuse! If she sends the "sorry I can't make it" text in the morning then wait a few hours and reply with "no problem, it's happens to the best of us If she does it an hour before you meet then reply before the date should of started with the same text. Then dont reply until bedtime. Often they will try and text you during the time you were supposed to be having the date. Don't respond until bed time and say you went out with your mates to the cinema or something. This shows that you don't need her company or attention. Don't try and set up another date! Remain busy and aloof with your texts! Text slightly less than you used to before the flake (shows your losing intrest and higher value). She should re arrange and there will be no flake this time! So far I'm at 100% success with this! |

Listen to me, and listen VERY closely. When a girl flakes, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT freak out on her. This will only condition her to not want to hang around with you. Who wants to be around somebody who reprimands them? You aren't her father. Yea, flaking out blows, but only if you don't have a context (other options).Myself I cant do this without sounding some kind of needy because I dont know how or which way I should use my words to communicate w/o sounding needy. What we just do, is get in our heads that she isnt a woman of her word and just dont deal with it anymore, and move on. But back to my question, how do you guys communicate this w/o sounding needy, just being like "Hey, this is the bottom line, I just dont like people who flake on me"? Answers? You need to keep in mind despite her making plans with you she has no obligation to you; she's not your gf. What you need to do is simply not react. If she comes up with an excuse take that excuse at face value, keep things short and wish her well. A guy with optiions doesn't get all bent out of shape, he simply makes plans with someone else if a girl flakes. A needy guy has all his emotions tied up in one girl and freaks out when she flakes - this is not any way to seduce a girl you have any interest in. Perhaps the fault lies within you for not having generated enough attraction with her to want to keep her plans, and instead something more interesting came up to which she'd rather partake in. If you keep your cool doggy, and msg her Monday "man what a weekend, hope yours was good too!" I guarantee all will be well. Keep your cool. |
