Post subject:  New Girl at work - 19 blonde - Help needed

Hey,

Just after a bit of advice. I'm a fairly average AFC. Just before the holidays last year this new HB8 started working for the company I work for.

I'll try to summarise so as not to bore you......

- She works in one office I work in another across town (but every couple of days I travel to the other office for a meetings)

- All I've really done so far is be that 'nice guy' and havnt spoken to her a great deal. The first time I did was through email negging her about her driving. (I am having AA)

- We had the end of year work party and I didn't receive any IOI's that i know about.

- Ive initiated conversation a couple of times through email (and text) about socials that we have had outside of work but I must have spoken to her more through email than I have in person (maybe 5-6times)

- She is coming across like someone confident but i'm not sure whether she is faking it. I'm worried that her ASD shield is coming into play - she does not want a reputation at work.

I how long have I got before I am stuck in the 'friend zone'?

I think I am having trouble building attraction. Any help would be much appreciated.

hey man

im pretty new this this but i will share my thoughts

If i were you i would try speaking more in person and less over technology. You dont really wanna be building up a relationship with someone over the phone. I understand you dont see her a lot but when you do make sure that you do as much as you can

For the attraction bit, maybe show your good qualities, the ones that she may be looking for in a guy. Try let her discover them instead of you telling her.

thats my help , hope it helped man!

you're a pretty average average frustrated chump?

Anyway, she just may not be attracted to you, it happens so don't get too caught up in the logistics of it all. You can try and escalate but it may fall flat on it's face - nothing ventured, nothing gained.
