Cronology. PUA show His book. Practice Infield. Opening sets and see what worked or not. Then discover this forum. And went and read other methods. |

I started on David De'Angelos "Double Your Dating" good starting point. Then I got his audio books and audio interviews. Then I switched to Natural Game and got some RSD audio books. The natural stuff is all about becoming a more confident and interesting person as apposed to just using tactical openers and cocky funny lines. But the two intertwine seamlessly so IMO a good understanding of both is essential. If it wasn't for the cocky funny one liners spoonfed to me from other people I don't think my confidence would have gotten to where it is today. |

I started with reading "The Game". I tried to get a few friends into it with me, but that didn't work. So almost all of my practice was going to bars on my own and meeting strangers. Looking back it was an ideal introduction. I was forced to make friends every night. If something worked I would keep it in my arsenal, if not I would tweek and try again. Also this was much cheeper than a boot camp and I wasn't afraid of making a fool of myself because I was only around strangers. |

Same goes with me. I started out reading The Game by Neil Strauss and got really interested. Then i just wen about learning off forums, other books, videos, and i pretty much practiced all on my own. Although i wish i could go to a bootcamp though.
