I was thinking about the last two chances I've had recently to seal the deal and how I ruined them with a fear to even introduce even the mildest of kino. I gotta go back to the drawing board of my life and work on my inner beliefs but I was wondering if you guys could refer to me any material having to do with the subject of fear of kino and how you could get over that. videos, articles, posts, whatever. |

Heya mate, There is no book that can teach you, no video nor a pfd or whatever. It is you who needs to do it. You need to step over that line that holds you from touching. A tip to cross the gap would be: start mildly. Like touching a shoulder when you bend in to talk. Or an elbow. When sitting down, touch a knee. Not always, because otherwise it is noticable. You will be stigmatized as a touchy pervert From there on, steadily grab more of your balls and amp up the kino. But start at the start. Dont forget, it is you who needs to cross that line. Nobody else can do it for you. Nothing else will show you how to. It is you. cheers |

Is it considered her touching you and giving you kino if she spontaneously reaches out to stroke your designer shirt?

If she just touches your shirt, like take it in her hand and touch it, its not kino. Kino really is touching a person with the intent of touching that person. Sometimes people hide the intent, but if you are a bit clever you can see right through it. Context defines the intent tbh. cheers |

No I mean just reach out, put her hand flat on the chest of my shirt, and stroke downwards slowly, feeling the texture of my shirt.

try games, hand reading, high fiving, after that give it a spin in the club. While talking about her grab both shoulders. Its al pretty natural and that's where it starts |

Sounds like kino to me if she is stroking your chest. |

Start introducing it into other aspects of your life. Make it a point to "touch" everyone. Use it to place emphasis on what your saying. I work in sales in a retail store and I'm always putting my hands on ppl's shoulders to direct them towards a product or to emphasize something. Been doing it for years and now its so automatic. |
