Heres the story. Just need an opinion. One of my co-workers who is very attractive is single and just got her own place. I have flirted with her ever since she started working at my job but never asked her out. She had a bf and all the other guys tried to get with her. All were unsuccessful. I am cocky around her always making remarks about me hooking up with other girls we see that come through our job and she seems to like it. I told her we should hang out sometime and she said get some people together and we can all hang out. So I got another couple from our work and we are all suppose to hang out friday at a bar and or a club. I know a few bouncers who can hook us up because she is 20 and not 21. My plan is to escalate the touching in the club get her some drinks and take it to the next level if all goes well. Is this a good idea or not? This is the first time we are hanging out outside of work. |

First, great idea getting all the co workers together to hang out. But you might wanna be careful with escalating and taking things sexual. Really calibrate this. Not to ruin nothing, but I have just gone through sexual harassment training at work and this could be consider sexual harassment if shit goes wrong. If she files a lawsuit, you will be held accountable for the money, not your work. Just letting you know how laws work with co workers. Personally, there are plenty of women out there. I stay away from dating co workers. Too much crap to put of with if shit goes wrong. However, there is nothing wrong with keeping them in friend zone. That is just my rule though. |

With all those other guy employees have hit on her and asked her out. Apparently I'm the only one she's gonna hang out with thus far. I just don't want to be friend zoned. So I have to somehow show her I am interested. Any ideas on how to do that? |
