Exactly what the topic says is the stylelife challenge a good starting point if your new to the game.... Or are there better e-books / teachings out there ??? Where should I begin??? |

Thanks for the reply dude... my friend got me a copy of the book by Neil strauss 'Rules of the Game: The Styelife Challenge'... As im fairly new to the "Game" im just wandering is this the best starting point for a beginner ??? Ive read on other websites that this book is now out of date ??? (nobody seems to mention the book on this website also) so im just wondering is it actually worthwile completing. I'm kind of considering taking it as it may get me 'out my comfort zone'... Where did you begin when you were a total beginner ??? |

The best starting point is just finding out the book exists andyou're in a position to change your life. Go for it dude. I'm doing the challenges and their awesome! By the way, when you get to the hypnosis part...well lets just say you're going to go deep inside your own mind with that one

Thanks for the replies guys! I will probably end up doing both lol Chai... On Day 3's challenge (the not showering part) am i at least allowed tobrush my teeth lol ??? Thanks for the other link Warped_Mindless its really appreciated
