maybe say, "i just tried to go into room 12, but the guest was in bed. its day time, so shes not sleeping, what could she possibly be doing in bed at this time?" (say it in a jokey way, or say it like you've had an important job to do in that room - makes you look important). the question makes you think of sex (does it not?), you have made her think it whilst she was looking at u. also you've said it without making it look like you've implied sex so no sexual harassment and you dont look creepy. could be a good start?
