So, This problem has occured to me a few times. After i get a #close at a party or some other social gathering. i start texting with them. and most of the time these girls want to hang out with me... the problem is they start friendzone-ing me. i would like to know what you do to prevent this from happening. |

Well sir, texting seems to be a surefire way to land in the friend zone if it goes on for too long. After a while of texting she views you as a "text buddy" not a potential conquest, the easiest way around this is to eliminate the texting, use it as a tool for finding out necessary things like when you are meeting up next, not for having conversations |

Second what Jish said. And yeah, it's like communicating with her, but not escalating. So a lot of the time it ends up bad. |

What they said. Texting has a time and a place but its not a substitute for actual physical escalation, which is the one and only SUREFIRE way to avoid the friend zone. For example, if you try to kiss a girl, your expressing your romantic interest in her.. If she kisses you back perfect, if she rejects you thats fine too but there's no reason you have to be friends with her if you don't want to. There's nothing wrong with not wanting to be friends with a girl if shes not interested in you the way you are in her.. Avoid the friend zone by being open about that. The friend zone is an idea, a false pretense that you have to be friends with her when you're wanting more but she isn't. Just get physical with her from the very beginning, one step at a time until your sleeping with her.. Stay out of the friend zone forever. Unless of course you want to be friends with her.. Nothin wrong with that, I have plenty of friends who are girls too. The point is you dont HAVE TO, so the friend zone is really easy to never deal with really. |
