I have a few books and videos and they are all pretty bad. Try youtube, it may not be much better but its free. |

The definitive book of body language by Allan and Barbara Pease He has a video on youtube as well that discusses a brevity of each topic in his book... book is great in my opinion, also fairly cheap and a good read. There are pictures to show you what to do, and helps you in every day life as well. Especially business related! |

Books will not get you better body language, or teach you anything about the body language of others for that matter. You can do any or both of these things: 1. Take dance lessons 2. Take drama lessons You will get better posture, a greater animation range and an ability to read others better. Take care! |
