Post subject:  I am Having Trouble Getting Over Approach Anxiety!!
hey all! i have a massive approach anxiety with approaching girls i dont know, who are complete strangers! once i break the ice i am really well at closing for numbers and kisses etc.
Basically, the moment when u make eye contact with the HB and you know that moment you can approach. i get the fight or flight and struggle with opening strangers! which is strange because i went out on friday and opened a HB 9 infront of her boyfriend and got her number with out getting punched!
all answer's welcome, i need to get over this AA!!

Hey, go out and do the newbie challenge.

Basically whoever you see, say "Hi" to them and eject.

Do this to both men and women!

You will find yourself feeling that approaching is nothing, and it is simple.

You can do it!

Newbie challenege? is this when im out clubbing or shopping in the day? when do u take this to the next level and actually open them?
its so frustrating is the 'ice break' !! after that i fly by and have a great ratio of success! grrr

Well, saying hi to them is opening them.

Once you get more comfortable with saying hi, add something at the end like. Hi, how are you today?.

Just gradually build it up as you build up your confidence.

Remember the opener is there so you can engage them, you're not trying to do more, at least to begin with.

yeah i get it.. how do any of you deal with the fight or flight feeling u get just before u want to speak to a stranger u dont know who u are attracted to?
