What do you guys think of this site? Also, what are some more original conversation topics for messages? I've just gone for a cheeky approach. Working so far. |

I think this site is great, and everything it appears to be. Are you talking about texting girls? |

Online dating is a numbers game with all the odds stacked against you. Women on dating sites are in "1 strike you're out" mode. Good pictures are key. Get some professionally taken, and invest in the best digital camera you can afford, because studies have proven that fancier cameras make more attractive pics. Its not fair, but graininess and poor color quality aren't subconsciously interpreted as a cheap camera, they're interpreted as unattractive view. Also, what are some more original conversation topics for messages? I've just gone for a cheeky approach. Working so far. The best conversation topics for messages are inspired from her profile, particularly the areas where her profile overlaps yours. You can use these to build rapport and comfort, and also set up a bit of a challenge frame sometimes. Your goal should be to build as much comfort, rapport, and attraction as you can in one or two messages, then quickly transition to another format, either by setting a meet, or getting her phone number, or even going to a non-dating site social network or IM. This gets you OUT of that "Please disqualify me" frame that comes with dating sites and improves your odds a lot. HOWEVER, you will find the pickup game is MUCH easier face to face. I know its scary at first, but your results are probably going to be a LOT better. You can communicate much more effectively face to face, and many of the barriers women put up when filtering men online are completely gone when meeting F2F.... A dating site IMMEDIATELY sets up a "dating" frame, whereas meeting someone in person starts by default with a CASUAL frame. Also, I havent checked out POF since they changed the format, but I've always found OKCupid to contain better quality, more responsive women. |

Ah, thanks for the responses, guys. mi1ooo98, I was referring to messaging on POF, but the same could apply to texting. LordCaine, that's a great post. I usually pick something from their profile and make a joke of it. This girl put that she loves 'family, friends and shoes more than anything' - so I just teased her dedication towards footwear. But there is only so much you can do through a website or text before you could work on game in person. |

Yeah i agree with what you said "But there is only so much you can do through a website or text before you could work on game in person." Don't focus on messaging, you're only doing JUST enough so you can hang out with her. Then the real life fun begins, and is where it's all at |

Couldn't agree more. It's tougher as I find it harder to make a good impression without being in person, but she's hanging on so far. Currently saving the best for a potential meet up. |

I hated online dating. Tried it after my divorce. Spent months on sites like Match and Jdate. But I could go out on a given night and meet 5 girls and get numbers and build my social rapport. Best way to date... Get out of the house. |

Amen to that, who cares if it's day or night game, just as long as you're outside of the boundaries of your house

Yeah, it's good if you do it right, but in no means a better option. I'd prefer as little to be through text as possible personally, the more interaction in real life, the better things seem to go for me. Depends on you |
