Ok before you tell me don't shit where you eat, I have a loophole. I'm an intern. I leave in a month and I've been talking to a full-timer for a couple of months now. We've become very familiar, every time we pass each other in the hall there's some type of banter going on between us. I'm afraid I might've friendzoned but in the hopes that I haven't, I'm curious as to what you guys would do if you were an intern with a month left. More specifically I'm wondering how we get to see each other outside of the workplace and continue seeing each other post-internship. Not necessarily dating but a pua date (eg. doing regular everyday stuff instead of the high pressure dinner/movie) |

The friendzone is a mythical entity developed by a bunch of insecure pussies who don't know how to escalate properly. With that out of the way, do you have her number yet? If not, get it. It's easy, it really is. Also, with this kind of a setup, you could always try taking her to lunch if you have a mutual lunchbreak time. Next time you pass her in the hallway and start doing your little bantering thing, casually suggest that she join you for a meal. |

Just because you have a month left doesn't mean they wouln't get called as a reference, and when your new boss hears you banged a co-worker and left have fun trying to get a new one... Also theres a risk you'll get attached to her and want to stay... Those are my warnings lol With a month left i'd try new things, if I hear something new from the PUA community like new ways to kino or approach id try em out with no fear of rejection or a awkward LTR where you lucked into it. |

Thanks for the lunch idea I'll try it. I was originally planning to get her number a week or 2 before I left, that way I have a softener for when I ask for it. The softener being the fact that I'm leaving and want to keep in touch. Thoughts?

Honestly, you really don't need a softener. The optimal flow would be for you to do the lunch thing, then give her your number. If you made a good impression, she'll call (or text) you and you're all set. If you aren't sure how to go about giving her your number, just keep it simple. "Hey, I had fun with you today. Let me give you my number so we can do this again soon." |
