Hi i am new in the community and im square one AFC. I'm 17 and my whole life i have been very shy. I have done the Svengali's newbie mission and I can say hi to most people passing me but my approach anxiety has not gone away. Should I continue doing this till i get rid of my AA. I've been doing this for a week. Thanks |

Welcome to the forum bro! Congratz on completing the mission! AA can be hard to deal with. It will however go away with time. You have really try to just stop caring about rejection and go up to as many women as possible. Everyone gets rejected. Anyway eventually you will be able to approach without even thinking twice. You should also apply the three second rule (3s). Basically if you see a women that sparks your interest you have to go up to her within 3 seconds or keep moving on. Cheers! |

The point of the exercise isn't to make the "AA" disappear, but to make newbies initiate the contact so that they stop being afraid to death of rejection.Thanks Don't stop at saying just Hi, initiate some conversations, interact with people. Go to a mall and ask for an opinion on style & clothing, ask for some directions and don't stop even there - prolong the interaction as much as possible. |

Time to take it to the next level. Instead of just saying hi to girls, start giving out free compliments about something you notice that's unique about them. After that you've done that for a day or even a week (however long it takes you), it's time to up the level again. That's when you start giving out compliments that are more sexual tension-oriented. Ex: "You smell nice." or "You have soft skin/hands/wrinkles, whatever it is lol." Anyways, you get my drift.. But opening will ALWAYS be a rush. One day you're on a night out to a party and you are opening girls like it's nothing. Then the next day you can find opening a girl on a normal class morning the biggest challenge in the world. There is no cure for it. Apart from that, some girls are crazy and will give you shit when you open. Just know what to expect, that's it. |

Thanks guys. Yeah i am planning to go direct for day game, but my unconscious mind is stopping me all the time for a lot of reasons (ex. feeling of guilt, being too much picky, fear of being embarrassed). and could not approach any. However, my courage increases as I do this mission. Maybe it is a good idea to continue with the newbie mission a bit more days until i am ready. I know it doesn't matter if i am rejected but it is so hard. |
