Although all of the above are attractive qualities, they are not what truly attracts women: being male. Women can have sex with men that have bad personalities or never kissed. The last two you mentioned are closely tied to selling yourself and guys who place a large emphasis on personality and conversation are likely to take things very personal. Instead, it's all about selling the sex (pleasure). All you have to do is escalate because that's how you follow nature. 10,000 years ago, males did not go up to females and display their personality/conversed. They simply met up on an open field and decided to fuck. Eye contact lead to one thing, touch led to another and before you know it they were already at it.
