Hey guy, some input on this would be helpful for me: I'm learning the game, but starting to really enjoy the social aspect of it. Anyways, I had a question regarding standards. My goal is to look for someone for the long-term. So when I sarge, I try to screen tight, go for girls that have at least some long term potential, not just looks. I met this girl at a club about 50 miles from my place, went to that club as I was in the area at a friend's birthday party. The girl seems cute, decent. We had a good conversation, #closed. Called her after 4 days, she returned my call in an hour, we started chatting. And this is when it started. From the conversation, what I understood was that she's rather careless/irresponsible financially. Kind of lost attraction for her at this point. I continued the conversation so it does not get awkward/uncomfortable for her and ended on a high note. But didn't set up a meet. I would still set up a meet if she were local. But if I did meet up with her, it'll be quite a drive. And given the fact that she's financially not responsible, it's going to be uphill from the get-go (since my goal: LTR). What's your feedback? Still set up a meet and work on my game? Or not waste time and sarge other girls? Thanks. |

I guess it depends on what you want from it. If you're ONLY looking for something long term, and the finance stuff bothers you so much that you don't think that'd work with her, then there's no point really. If you're still willing just to have a bit of fun with random girls until you meet someone who is suitable for a long term thing, then still meet up with this girl, and enjoy yourself. But, decide what you want first. If you're going to be spending your whole time with her wondering whether you should be there, or whether you even want it to go anywhere or whatever, then you'll be wasting your time. |

Thanks BigMike1985 and 7000 for the input. I think I will let the LTR thing take a back seat for now, and just focus on being fun and showing the girl a good time. Thing is, when I do run into someone who's clearly a keeper (happened 2 Fridays back), I think I sometimes show more interest than I should. And we all know how that ends. Anyways, like I said, am learning the game making steady progress. I'll set up a meet and just go have fun. Appreciate the feedback guys. |

i agree with what BigMike1985 and 7000 but also some girls just need to be with some one that's responsible to learn how so maybe things could work out |

Good point cftwin, one aspect I didn't really think about. Such change does happen, and one of my friends did just that, with the girl he was dating. And they've been happily married for 4 years now. |
