The thing is when you play disinterest games and girl start to feel that you are not giving them as much attention as they want, they feel like you are disrespecting them and they start to play games with you to get your attention, your images changes from,"a cool that i like" to "a guy that i am playing games with" and they ditch you after winning you over or they keep creating dramma in your life, you lose both ways. If only you had paid them some sincere attention initially....

Ok so as an artist, not a pickup artist yet, just painter. I told this girl, not very smoothly but I asked her if I could paint a portrait of her on facebook, sorta an icebreaker Imo, plus I feel like she is a girl who want's a lot of attention so It seems appropriate. After that I spoke to her a few times, she said she loved the portrait and it broke the ice great, soon after she gave me her number (I never ask for girls numbers, unless I really want to see them again) and I texted her like a day after she gave me it. Trying not to seem too into her. She texted back the next day after school saying hey, I said whatsup, she said she just got home, I said same, and asked her how was her day, she said it was alright wbu, and I said I was sexually harrased most of the day, which is true, I was trying to give a unusual response so the conversation keeps going and I could convey that a lot of girls like me, which is true also. I'm usually smoother but I'm not used to talking to girls like her honestly she is just prettier. She does have a boyfriend. So she hasn't texted back for a wile, I'm not trippin I know she is probably busy I'll try and text her late at night, and she probably texts a lot of guys sense she is very pretty. I think what she is trying to do is seem un-interested so that I will try really hard to get her attention. I don't want to give her the upper hand if that's what she is doing. What is the right course of action, seem really interested and then seem uninterested after I have her hooked? Or something els Sorry for such a long explanation, I want to be sure I didn't fuck up Lol

The bad thing with this is, if she's got a lot of guys giving her attention and you ignore her, she'll never notice you ignoring her; and if she does notice most girls don't text first anyways so she wouln't ask (you need to give her a reason to text you first, then you will get what you want)

The essence is that you'll have to learn to see that it should make no difference chatting to average or superhot girls. They're all the same. Btw if it's an attention whore the best you can do is ignore and irritate. Make sure she knows you exist (by saying the opposite of everything she says) until the very point she hates your guts, then strike with a charm attack. Hating and loving are the two closest emotions. Turning a hater into a lover if fairly easy done.
